Refund and Cancellation Policy

What you pay for

UnderlayX Pro costs $4 a month, billed monthly in US dollars, and gives unlimited photos with every tool (fair use). Your first finished photo is free, so you can try the editor before you pay.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, the merchant of record, which charges your card, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends your receipts.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your account page under Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except where the law where you live requires a refund. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current month.

If you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, email us and we will refund the extra charge.
