Google Sign-In: To access certain features of the Service, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In. We use the Google Sign-In redirect method to authenticate you and retrieve your email address and avatar from Google. This information will be used to create your account and display your avatar and email on the user interface (UI).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.1 Local Processing:

For features not requiring third-party services, all image processing occurs entirely on your device's browser. UnderlayX AI does not process or store any of your images on our servers.

3.2 AI Processing via Replicate:

For AI-powered features, images are sent to Replicate AI for processing. According to Replicate's data retention policy, all input parameters, output values, output files, and logs are automatically deleted after 1 hour. UnderlayX AI does not store any images or personal data on its servers. All images and data are processed on your device's browser.

We do not track or store personal data. Any data (such as images) provided by you is processed locally and deleted once you exit the page or download the processed image.

Third-Party Integrations:

• We use Polar for payments. Standard payment information is collected as necessary for transaction processing but is not stored in our database.

• We use Replicate AI to process images using AI models. Images are sent to their API for processing, and results are returned without being stored by us. According to Replicate's data retention policy, all input parameters, output values, output files, and logs are automatically deleted after 1 hour. UnderlayX AI provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to any loss of data or images.
