Google Sign-In: To access certain features of the Service, you must authenticate via Google Sign-In. We use the Google Sign-In redirect method to authenticate you and retrieve your email address and avatar from Google. This information will be used to create your account and display your avatar and email on the user interface (UI).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.1 Local Processing:

For certain features, image processing occurs entirely on your device's browser. UnderlayX AI does not process or store any of your images on our servers for these features.

3.2 AI Processing via Third-Party Services:

For AI-powered image editing features, images are sent to third-party AI services for processing. UnderlayX AI does not store any images internally.

• Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image: Used for specific AI image editing features. Google's processing is governed by their Gemini API Terms of Service at:

• Replicate API: Used for various image processing and editing features. According to Replicate's documentation, all input parameters, output values, output files, and logs are automatically deleted after 1 hour. You can review their terms at:

UnderlayX AI does not store any images or personal data on its servers. Images are processed either on your device's browser or sent to third-party AI services for processing, but are never stored internally by UnderlayX AI.

We do not track or store personal data. Any data (such as images) provided by you is processed and deleted once you exit the page or download the processed image.

Third-Party Integrations:

• We use Polar for payments. Standard payment information is collected as necessary for transaction processing but is not stored in our database.

• We use Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image model for certain AI image editing features. Images are sent to Google's API for processing, and results are returned without being stored by us internally. Google's processing is governed by their Gemini API Terms of Service at:

• We use Replicate API for various image processing and editing features. Images sent to Replicate are automatically deleted after 1 hour according to their data retention policy. You can review their terms at:

• Respect intellectual property rights and ensure the content you create does not infringe on the rights of others.

• Help us maintain smooth operations by using the platform as intended and avoiding unauthorized activities.

UnderlayX AI provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to any loss of data or images.
